Hello. I placed an order for a stroller (large parcel) on March 23rd,2020. I got an update on the location on April 19th,2020 that it was in Shanghai and that was the last updat I’ve received on my package. I’m due to give birth in a month and need my stroller to bring my baby home in. I know with the Coronavirus pandemic many places aren’t accepting packages but if you can get back to me about anything that can be done I’d really appreciate that. It would be a great help as I have no other option. My tracking number is CP299583407CN

I ordered my stroller March 23rd and didn’t receive an update until April 19 that it had only been transported to Shanghai. I live in Canada so I’m not completely sure how shipping from China works right now due to the pandemic but I just want an update on my stroller since I’m due to give birth any day now. I’m desperate at this point. My tracking number is CP299583407CN. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE HELP AND RESPOND. It’s been 3 months now. The last time complaint I put it it was on its way to the US, now I put Canada in this complaint and it’s magically coming to Canada. I need accurate answers
It has left China and is in transit to the US now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update.
