Tracking humber AS836459589CN,, says delivered to me Ontario Canada ,,IT IS NOT HERE sender insists its here , plus they shipped WRONG parcel NOT my packages, I ASKED WHO WHO DID DELIVERY HERE AND WHERE DID THEY SAY THEY LEFT IT , I HAVE ASKED FOR INFO SO I CAN FILE MISSING PACKAGE REPORT WITH POSTCANADA THEYHAVE NO NO INFO ON PACKAGE it even came here , I called CUSTOMS and same they have no info on parcel , it should change tracking number when it clears it has NOT so this tracking number is of no use here , my sender won't give me their info so I can file so now I will fill papers for missing package with CANADA POST AND CUSTOMS with what I have. I would appreciate if China post helped me please with who carrier was that delivered and where shipper is and their info ,,this is wrong to do ,can you please help ,,thank you
