I was sent a document from Kigali Rwanda, under tracking code EE000985185 to Chengdu China. The tracking information says that "Held by customs- Chengdu". Its a week now since I saw this message. The document was and is urgently needed. Can I kindly know how to receive this document. It seems that it's returned back by the customs. You'd better contact EMS in China to check it and ask how to get it.
