Delivery AM347639655CN marked as delivered but not received

Tracking Nuber AM347639655CN has a status of delivered, but I have not received the parcel.
Item as shipped to Australia. Can you give me any additional information about where it was delivered, or if you have a local tracking number I can use with Australia Post here.

We could only see it was delivered on June 11. If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

Package AS837930014CN is marked delivered but not received by me. Its impossible since i am home all the time, plus the fact that local delivery company is not aware of this tracking number !!
You have to have records of the local delivery companies you deliver your packages from china. Please verify
