Delivery address incomplete

Hello, I am waiting for a parcel from China Post with the tracking AS133507654CN

However the delivery address of the parcel contains an issue and missing my house number.
Currently on the parcel is:
Frenchay Close
BRISTOL
ALL
BS162QJ
United Kingdom

and should be:

Frenchay Close
BRISTOL
27
BS162QJ
United Kingdom

I am struggling to get any help from the seller or China post, please let me know any updates, contact numbers, emails etc.

It has been stuck in England since October 26. There should be problem to deliver it due to the address. You'd better contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

Hi mickTomasi,

If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
