Delivery address

Hi, I’d like to find out the delivery address of this package: LY928357843CN
It says it was delivered to my house… but to Lancaster Ohio… I don’t live in Lancaster and that is not the address I provided to the seller that sent the package… the address should have been 219 E Paint Street Washington Court House Ohio 43160, USA. I would also like to know if this had my name on the package (Adrienna Jenkins), or if the seller provided me with another customer’s tracking number on accident.

I ordered a parcel and tracking says it was delivered on 6 feb 2021, but it hasn't been delivered on my address. Please can you mail me the details of the delivery address (postcode)? the correct delivery address is Zcape 3 Condominium 128/117, Moo 5, Vichit, Muang Phuket 83000.
