I have tracked this for 4 weeks now and it says it’s been delivered but I have not received anything I like in the uk and it says it has gone through Royal Mail have u got a tracking number for Royal Mail on this item please

You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. It's not delivered to your address.

Probably it is only to a service point.
