Hello. My package arrived in China over a month ago. The tracking info said it was sent for delivery but no one contacted me for a pick up. Then the tracking info said it was returned to the local custom office. How can I contact them to make the delivery to the exact address on the package.

You need to reflect the problem to the seller and let them sent you the way to contact the courier as soon as possible. Or, please let me know the tracking number in order to check which courier is in charge of delivering it to you.
