Hi I ordered m an e-bike about 1 or 2 weeks ago and I just got a notification saying it was delivered to my house, and I checked and didn’t receive anything, I was wondering if the package is still on its way, the package number is AS035958217CN

Hi, I have a question regarding my delivery LZ018836505CN.
The delivery is EMS ePacket.
When I ordered I was given between 7 to 14 days for delivery.

Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
