Orderd a item from China it was processed and arrived here in the states according to tracking the last tracking was out for delivery then waiting for delivery scan never scanned because i never received it since it was never scanned i was told the item might have been lost how would that happen

Hi Ed,

If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.

The delivery information is not correct as it is not a delivery made to me.
Probably it is only to a service point.

Could you please send me a POD, Proof Of Delivery, where I can see who has signed the delivery?

Or maybe you can inform me the contact information to the local transportation company who has made the delivery?
