Delivered not successfully AT133478604CN

My order AT133478604CN appears as delivered but it has never been delivered. How can I request that they send me the supposed signature of the recipient who picked it up and the registration number and name of the delivery worker who delivered it?
Just to know if I must to make a complaint and claim a bank refund
