Delivered by airline

Can you please advise where my package is as it has not moved since the 3rd May, so I am wondering if it is lost - Last tracking information stated Delivered By Airline, but I don't know what this means.

Hi LESLEY25,

It usually takes about 30-60 days to have update showing it arrives in your country after it was delivered by airline. It may be delayed. I suggest you wait for another 20-30 days to see if you could receive it. If no, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

hello,
The tracking info for my package first said delivered to air transport and stuck on that status for 14 days and now it says “airline departure” then “Hong kong airline”. Does this mean it is now actually in Hongkong airline because it said HongKong airline afterwards? This means it should arrive to destination country the next day? (germany)
