Delivered, but not to me

Dear Sir/Madam,
I have got parcel from China to Poland. Number of parcel is: AM698973945CN
The parcel is delivered, but not to me. Do you know what carrier (e.g. DHL, DPD, InPost etc) had to deliver the parcel to me when package has arrived in Poland?

Hi Lukasz,

It should be delivered by your local post service. You need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible. Only the seller can require China Post to do a formal trace investigation about where it was dlivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
