Hello my package numer is AS836997099CN
It says delivered but it's NOT delivered to me. How can i found where is my package?

Hi nina92teneva,

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Bulgaria. Then, use the number to check with your local post courier about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
