Delivered but DID NOT Receive my order delivery :(

Hi, I have been waiting for my order delivery of a dressing table for more than 1 month. I have been watching the tracking on their informed website however, it says Delivered but hasn't reached me. I have checked with my neighbors, and no one has received it. I also checked with Australia Post but they said since the courier is managed by China post they wouldn't be able to help. This is extremely frustrating and disappointing. Please trace my delivery and send it to me ASAP.

If you don't get it, you need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in Australia. Then, use the number to check with Australia Post about the address they delivered to. If the seller doesn't reply you, try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
