I have contacted the seller over a dozen times without a single reply.
One tracking service showed it was delivered to the wrong address, about 3 miles away but in the same city.

I also contacted the seller several times with no reply.
I saw that as well. I was hoping for a bit more information.
was it truly shipped?
who was the final carrier?
did the tracking number change?
was it signed for? and by whom?
it is highly unlikely that a 10.5 foot kayak can just vanish.

It's delivered by USPS after it's in the USA. The Tracking number will change after it arrives. You need to contact the seller to ask for the new tracking number in the US. Then, use the number to check with USPS about the address they delivered to and who signed for it. If the seller doesn't reply you, you can only try to contact your bank or visa company to ask for a charge back. Or, open a dispute from the platform you buy it to get refund in time.
