Deliverd but not received

Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this message finds you well. I am expecting a delivery from IKWAN TRADING COMPANY LIMITED with the tracking number MT500000370854EX. According to the tracking information, the package has been delivered. However, I have not received it yet.

Could you please assist me by letting me know where the package is currently located? I would greatly appreciate your help.
