Apparently the shipping and the tracking information of packages are a bit delayed due to the recent epidemic situation? Can anyone confirm or deny this please??

Tracknr LO915016633CN. There has been no update since 17 march 2020. Can you tell me where the package is right now. It is already more then 4 weeks on its way.
