Delayed since 26 March

Please provide an update on my parcel. It has been at Xiamen Airport since 26 March. LX072592838CN.

Hi Matthew,

It has left China and is in transit to Australia now. You can not know the exact situation when it's in the middle locations. It usually takes about 30-60 days (after it left China) to reach and there will be further update when it arrives. Please wait for more days to get update. If you couldn't receive it within the promised time, contact the seller to give you a solution in time.

It’s been 2 months since I ordered and I haven’t received my parcel and according to Aus Post it was “cleared and awaiting international departure” on the 28 March but China Post it said was “handed over to airlines” on the 30 March. My parcel has been in transit for 57 days and I thought it was lost but according to my sender they said it is delayed to killing(disinfecting) imported mail. Are you able to help me?
