Hi, my package has been stuck at "arrived at Facility, Canada" for over a month. The tracking number is SY14102173952. Can you help figure out what is happening, please?

Hi Shannon,

It's sent by SUNYOU Express. It arrived in your country on June 19. You need to contact the seller to ask if there is another tracking number to track it when it's in Canada. If it couldn't be delivered in time, you need to let the seller give you a solution as soon as possible.
