Delayed Package - Status updates

Dear sir or madam,
A package was sent to me almost 4months ago.
Between February and May, there was no update, and lately the updates have been strange, as if the package is going around in circles.
Now in June, first I got “ Guangzhou City, Guangzhou International Center return, Note: Security return”. The it finally seemed to move, saying “ Guangzhou, leaving the Guangzhou International Center, the next stop , Guangzhou International Exchange Station”.
But now it went back to “ Guangzhou City, Guangzhou International Center return, Note: Security return”.
The package does not contain anything dangerous, That seem to warrant extra security.
Is there anything I or the sender can do to make sure the package is exported?

There is no flight to Luxembourg that makes returned back to my experience. You'd better continue to track it in the following days to see if it could leave China. I suggest you contact the seller to give you a solution if you couldn't receive it in this month.
