Delayed or lost?

I’ve ordered many items from China (eBay). They’ve been shipped by different companies. Some of the packages I’ve received in less than a month, while most of packages are still in transit. The issue is this packages are close to estimated delivery time, or have already passed it. Based on that it seems like a chance of not receiving international shipment is much bigger than receiving it, as most of the items have not arrived yet. Is it safe to say I wasted my time waiting for it, or will it just come after a delay. How big delay should I expect at maximum before giving up.

Do you mean it can be delayed for 2-3 months after estimated delivery or after the purchase has been made.
Due to the coronavirus, most of the packages are delayed especially to US, Canada, Brazil and European countries. There is few chance for packages lost if they are sent as registered mail. If it's delayed, it takes 2-3 months to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in three months, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.
