Delayed Delivery of Package

Hello, I have had an item ordered on 20th of December, 2020 via aliexpress with tracking number UB191025841SG and up till now the last information on the tracking for 30th of December, 2020 says "Hand over to airline" and "The package has been shipped and is en route to its destination". Please, I need to know exactly where the package is now and how much longer I will need to wait to receive it.

Hi Maurice,

It's still stuck in Singapore now. If you couldn't receive it in three months, it's not normal. You need to contact the seller to get a solution as soon as possible.

My package tracking number AM573452583CN has been out for delivery since 13-11-2024 and hasn’t arrived yet, why the delay as I’m leaving the us on the 20th and the actual order was done on the 26th of October !!!
Also the tracking site says pick up but the status says out for delivery , am I supposed to pick up or wait for delivery and if pick up then form where ??!
