My parcel UJ523190774CN FROM CHINA has been
STUCK IN LANGLEY since 23rd of July and until today I didn't receive it. Can you help me about this situation?

Hi Filomeno Sousa,

It's sent by using China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus which is a cheap service of China Post. China Post doesn't provide tracking service for it after it arrives in UK. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't get it in time, you need to contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

My package tracking number AM573452583CN has been out for delivery since 13-11-2024 and hasn’t arrived yet, why the delay as I’m leaving the us on the 20th and the actual order was done on the 26th of October !!!
Also the tracking site says pick up but the status says out for delivery , am I supposed to pick up or wait for delivery and if pick up then form where ??!
