Hello, I have a parcel (tracking number RG701299280CN) the tracking details didn’t update since December 15, and till now I didn’t receive it, could you please provide me with the reason of the that delay

Hi Bassel,

It usually takes 30 to 60 days for China Post small packet to reach Canada. If you couldn't receive it within two months, that's not normal. Wait patiently.

My package tracking number AM573452583CN has been out for delivery since 13-11-2024 and hasn’t arrived yet, why the delay as I’m leaving the us on the 20th and the actual order was done on the 26th of October !!!
Also the tracking site says pick up but the status says out for delivery , am I supposed to pick up or wait for delivery and if pick up then form where ??!
