Hello, I have bought a package from Amazon and a prompt has told me that China Post may need additional information from me. Where do I go from here? Last update was on 25th February and haven't heard anything since. Thanks.

I purchased the product in Hong Kong, but it turned out to be defective, and I sent it to China using “EMS international” to the address of the forwarding company, so that they redirect the package to Hong Kong. The Chinese customs delayed the package for the reason that there was no invoice. Where exactly can I send documents for payment of goods? Recipient in China can't contact customs. EL052051042RU
