Hello, I want to know why I can not receive 2 shipments with carrier China post registered air mail more than 2 months - RM720584557CN and RF414495713CN.
Will I receive them at all and why is this delay?

Thank you for your reply. I want to ask why all my shipment which are sent with China post registered airmail from BEIJING are in delay- except the 2 which already asked you for, also RF462288163CN, RJ879662994CN and others. Other shipments, sent from other Chinese airports, come for a month. Is there any particular reason? Will my shipments arrive or to start collecting my money from the sellers?

It's hard to check why it's delayed on the way. If you couldn't get it within 80 days, better open a dispute to the seller to ask your money back. You should watch out when your Purchase Protection ends. Before it ends, you should open the dispute.

Hi I want to know the situation of my parcel CY001491898CN , its been sitting at carrier for 70+ days with no flight , Can you please inform me on whats going on with SAL shipping line and when it will start going again.
They have left China on Nov 22 and Nov 24 2016 separately and still on the way to Bulgaria. All situations may happen to the international packages on route. They may be delayed due to the transportation delay, weather or other reasons. I think they may be delayed by some reason. Wait patiently for another ten days. They may reach recently. If they couldn't reach within three months, they may be lost.
