I ordered a package and it has been stuck in the same location since the 19th of June. I get the message sorry logistics delay on aliexpress when I check the tracking. It was shipped more than a month ago and I wonder what has happened to my package as I can't find any information about a reason for logistics delay, where the package is or how long the delay can last.

My tracking number is AS846270826CN. I placed this order on October 30th and received a shipping notification on November 10th. It is now the 21st and the shipping status has not updated since the 15th, stating that it departed a collection point in Shenzhen. It doesn't even say if it's being held by customs or if there is a delay. What's going on?
