Delay in shipment of LV200769187CN

I ordered product on 23 Jul 2021 and was informed this was shipped via tracking# LV200769187CN. This tracking # is showing as '2021-08-10 13:53 Guangzhou City, has been delivered to the carrier transport', no further update has been provided on this. This means it was delivered to the carrier transport over 2 months ago, is this normal, will my shipment arrive?
