DELAY AND NO UPDATES FOR SHIPMENT

My shipment carrying the number: RB749735797CN is still in “airline departure” stage for more than a week. It usually arrive in the country within 2 days of airline departure from my previous experiences with China Post. Can you please look into this and let me know why it is stuck? Thanks

It's delayed due to the Chinese Spring Festival Holiday. You'd better wait for more days to get update.

It got updated very late but it has still not been handed over by the carrier to India Post officials though it has arrived at the destination on 1st Feb 2022. Please expedite as it’s been 15 days now. Thank you
