Delay and lack of shipping updates.

Hello,

My tracking number is CY025451315CN, and it was supposed to arrive between the 3rd and 10th of December. However, today is the 22nd, and it still hasn’t arrived. There is also no updated information about when it will be delivered. I am in urgent need of this package, and it needs to arrive as soon as possible. Could you please let me know the exact delivery date?

It's sent by a slow way of China Post. China Post doesn't provide full tracking service for it. You may couldn't get update now. It usually takes about 60-90 days to be delivered. If you couldn't receive it in time, you need to contact the seller to reflect the problem and get a solution as soon as possible.

And this last one number 4 had an error message what does it mean and what’s happened to my item?
