Hello I had two boxes with different tracking numbers of the same items sent by someone, the first came within 12 days and the second one has been saying 08/02 flight departure from ChinaPost for almost the past three weeks longer than what it took the first box to get here. Can I get some help from your end where my package is please LZ655330475CN

Hi Kayla,

It's delayed due to the Chinese Spring Festival Holiday. It's in transit to Austrlia now. There will be update when it arrives. You'd better wait for more days to get update.
