It's delivered by Korea Post whe it arrives in South Korea. You can contact them through the following way:

2 weeks ago, your employee Daisy Jun said my package LW557220515CN failed security check 2 times. I fail to see how this is possible. If it failed once, and was rechecked, there was NO REASON for it to fail additional checks. I was also told once a flight to the United States was available my package would be coming. According the Tracking Record of 17TRACK the ORDER #CH3604 seems DELIVERED since 2024-08-07 16:41 !!!!

Until this moment Thursday 2024-08-24 14:00, I personal haven’t received anything, so I’m trying to get in contact with somebody of the Courier's company,
but I can’t find who is the Courier company who made the delivery, it is not written in the Tracking list that I’m sending you.

Could you be so kind to indicate me the name and the tel number of the Courier that the China Post has used for the specific Delivery?
