Debit card in Shenzhen Customs

I have been in Shenzhen the 3 years of the pandemic, so my debit card expired. My brother sent the new one but the tracking says stuck in Shenzhen customs. I really need the card. My Chinese mobile number is 13760340102.

If it's stuck at the customs, you need to contact the customs to ask how to get it in time.

Thanks for your answer but I linked to the customs website and could not find translate to English, so unfortunately I could not work out how to find out if my card will be released.
