Hello. You have to get the items purchased at Ali Express through your mail. The site is ending but the items are not in the destination. Maybe you can verify the location of the items and the reasons why you did not come. The order numbers are UN385867401C

Hi Nick,

These two package couldn't be tracked after they leave the first station of China as it's sent by China Post ordinary small packet plus.

You'd better open a dispute to AliExpress to get refund or contact the sender to refund you or send it again to you.

CY008445045CN is my tracking.

However, on June 15th, I then received this, "My friend, due to the epidemic and other factors, shipping is slow and logistics may be limited. Now for your order, in order not to delay your time, we will deliver the package from China to your country by air. Please don't worry, your package has been delivered."

So, as you can see, I have had two different stories about how this item was shipped. One by Air and one by sea. So, can anyone help me and tell me if this is close to delivery or should I file a claim?
