CY021406528CN- states to have been delivered but no details by Parcel Force

A sender has sent me a large value item via your system and Parcel Force. The date showing as delivered was updated in May 2024, but delivery stated 11 April 2024. Can you help establish if this was delivered and who signed for the item at Arden University as this was not detailed. I cannot make claim on Parcel Force for imported items as they say they have an agreement with you.

I had a parcel sent from the uk to china with parcel force. The last update I have is that it had been released from customs on 28/03/23 and was with GUANGZHOU - PTT after being released from customs. My parcel force tracking number is EK907417379GBPart. Do you have any updates about this please?

Is my package lost? The tracking is weird and uses ems and parcel force once in the UK , Ems side says its arrived in the destination country but Parcel force shows nothing. The item says it was returned mid way through but then somehow was sent to the airline...
