hello my package that is surprisingly still in transit for 66 days was recently updated to the status "Shenzhen, Import Customs Release".. what does this mean and what should i expect?

Hi Dawson,

It means it will be returned back to the seller. You need to track it in the following days to see if it will be returned to the seller. If it's back to the seller, contact the seller to give you a solution as soon as possible.

Right now last update is on 08/10/2021 and it has EME status on Customs Clearance.
Do I need to ask transportation company to make some actions or wait for customs clearance ? is it a normal status at customs clearance ?
