My package has been saying “in Jinan for customs inspection” for the past 6 days. How long does it take to clear the package and if I have to pay import duty will they contact me?

Hi Mona,

If you the package needs to pay import duty. The customs will send the notice to the receiver in China to pay. You couldn't pay from abroad. In normal, the package will be released in 7 days if there is no problem for it.
