Customs hold up

I previously wrote to you as my package has been held up in customs since March 13th..you told me that the seller needs to contact you to have it released. I have emailed them numerous times and get no where with them. Would you please email them and ask them to contact you. I have been waiting months to get my refund..they sent me items I did not order and I returned them. Their email address is [email protected]

Hi Joyce Galoni,

Sorry, we are only a tracking platform. We couldn't get connected with the seller. You need to contact the seller by yourself. If you couldn't contact them, I'm afraid you couldn't get the refund at last although the seller gets the package.
