For my parcel (China to The Netherlands) number: CY027440845CN I get this message:
Overseas imports retained by Customs for inspection (customs declaration lost/not applicable)
Checked with my supplier and got the invoice. But now I don't know what company to contact and provide the invoice. Dutch customs can't do anything if I don't know what company will take over the package from China Post and deliver it to me. Can you please tell me what company should take over the delivery of the package in The Netherlands so I can give them the invoice? Thank you kindly.

I ordered a package from Pandabuy but the most recent update on the tracking page says; "Overseas import customs keep it for inspection (customs declaration form lost/not applicable)". I contacted the customer service from Pandabuy and he recommended me to contact the local carrier. Destination is the Netherlands. I would like to know why the package is not sent yet. Can you help me with this? I'm looking forward to your reaction!
