Hi there,
I am looking to ship some Chinese herbal creams from china to Amazon UK.
e-EMS is the cheapest, but does it provide customs brokerage like DHL and UPS? I know there are some restrictions for certain items and I wondered if e-EMS deals with all of the customs sign off?

As far as I know, if you are not a seller online, e-EMS is not available to you. This kind of service is not available from China Post office. It's only used by international seller on Ebay, Amazon, etc. You are suggested to use China Post international small packet service if your items are less than 2kg. It's also a cheap service.

No customs clearance fee for package worth less than 500 Chinese Yuan. I think there is no additional charges. You'd better contact Ebay customer service to make sure.
