My collisimo is BLOCKED by customs since 01/18/2025 for missing invoice. I contacted DUBOIS MODE +31653569205. They don't want sent to custom and me the invoice in order to not reimbursing me and for the package to be returned to me eventually.
Please I need help. I have more details if necessary.

It needs the receiver in China to submit invoice. The customs has contacted the receiver. If he doesn't submit it, it couldn't be delivered.
