Are you the sender or the receiver? It you are the sender, you need to login the EMS China Post Express Logistics WeChat applet to submityour information. If you are the receiver in China, you can also call China EMS by calling 11183 to check where to submit.

This is quite frustrating now.
Package EH027948155NL was known to be stuck in customs and awaiting tax payment. I contacted the receiver and apparently they were told they needed the logistics carrier to contact customs to advise what was in the package even though I sent it with the customs form. What are the contact details of China customs so I can try sort this.
