It's already in Nigerian since June 26. You'd better contact Nigerian Post to check it:

I bought fishing reels and rods from Japan and sent to my agency’s address in Fusan, Guangzhou, China. Currently, some packages are arriving in custom, Guangzhou custom post.
I didn’t check properly with my agency. Unfortunately, they don’t have custom clearance service.
