I don't find any tracking information for it. You'd better contact the seller to ask how to get it.

Thank you for replying! I'm not sure why the tracker doesn't show information anymore but I have the information ready. It said it was in a Xi'An custom and there was information to call this number. 029-87399238 but no one was picking up. Do you know where this # location is so my recipient can go pick it up?

Hope you had a great weekend! I noticed the tracking is back and it's updated again. It's still stuck, do you know where I can pick up the package in Xi'an besides calling the phone # 029-87399238?
