I have my package tracked with CO982556596RO number and its shows for over a week thats hold to custom.
I want it to be returned,its a return, it came from china and i just returned it.
Why is staying there?
Whats the hold up?

Hi daisy thanks for the reply.
I would call china post myself but i don't speak chinese.
I m sure they got a notice but since is a return they wont get it.

The recipient in China should have got a notice from China Post. He may need to pay tax for it. You'd better contact the recipient in China to let him know it's stuck at the custom now and let him contact China Post to ask how to get it.
