My EMS parcel tracking shows Custom Hold for the remarks 'Invoice Missing/Inappropriate. What does this mean?

"Invoice Missing" normally means that customs cannot determine how much the package is worth and whether or not it needs to be taxed. I would recommend contacting the Chinese customs to get your issue sorted out. You can call their phone number below.
