Custom declaration-what do I need to do?

The tracking system says my parcel is being held at Suzhou EMS and requires custom declaration. Can you let me know what I need to do to receive the parcel?

Hi Catalina,

You'd better contact the receiver in China to ask if he has received the notice from the customs. If no, let him check through authorized tax collection system (http://int.ems.com.cn/mailtax) to check or call China customs service number 12360 to check.

My parcel EL020298376RU was sent 22/04/2021. As I understand the declaration was lost. But the receiver can't send it by wechat because his phone number was written incorrectly. How can sender (I am) or the receiver change the phone number attached to the parcel? Or is there some e-mail where I can send the declaration?
P.S.: The receiver can't come personally to the custom service because it is too far from him (about 150 km).
