Custom clearance in China and what documents have to add for the package

Shipping a package to China from Germany for more than a month it was staying at the customs. But customs didn’t contact me, then it has been released from customs to export. Does my package goes back to me now? What is the reason for it? Tracking number is CY280005322DE.

I cannot upload the documents in the EMS App because the shipment number does not appear in the status.
