custom clearance CA857201474DE

Dear Customs,
I would like to submit my documents to the Customs broker in Suzhou to declare customs for a delivery CA857201474DE. I cannot upload the documents in the EMS App because the shipment number does not appear in the status. Do you have an email of the customs broker from EMS Suzhou City which I can contact to handle this case?

Hi Baumbach Andre,

Suzhou customs doesn't accept email service. You'd better provide it to the receiver in China to let him/her to submit it to you. Or, contact your local courier to submit for you.
